An initial conversation for us to discuss your nutrition needs and health goals
60-75 Minute Initial Assessment
$150
We will get to know each other and create a plan for our work together. A complete assessment includes your health history, relationship with food and body, medical needs, and eating patterns. We will set goals and formulate a nutrition care plan to put in use going forward.
45-Minute Follow-Up Session
$100
Provide ongoing counseling and support for meeting dietary goals. Food exposures may be incorporated into sessions as needed. Review of blood glucose data for patients with diabetes. Follow up sessions may be weekly, biweekly or monthly as needed.
